My friend encouraged me join Reformer Pilates, to me it was daunting but after my first class I was hooked! Becoming consistent with the classes it helped me with my aches and pains, mental clarity, I had a rise in my energy levels, and I found like-minded ladies that I can now call my friends.
When I decided to become an instructor, I did so with the goal of wanting to improve people’s health. I know how deflating it can be always being in pain, I used to have knee pain and a sore neck every day, I was seeing a chiropractor constantly. Since starting Reformer that pain has gone away, the impact these classes has had on my own body have been life changing and I’m so grateful for taking my first class all those years ago.
My teaching style is a flow class that burns, I love the smooth transition from movement to movement making that 45minutes fly by whilst feeling that burn and knowing you’ve just done a great workout. I love abdominal exercises the most, if there aren’t at least 2 segments of core work in my classes, you aren’t in my classes.

My journey into the world of Pilates started when I faced my own health challenges, and let me tell you, Pilates was a game changer in the healing process. It’s not just about exercises, it’s a transformative journey, and I’ve seen it work wonders firsthand.
What gets me excited as an instructor is witnessing the incredible impact Pilates has on my clients. I’ve been there, navigating health struggles, and I find immense joy in helping others on their unique wellness paths.
My teaching style is all about keeping it light, fun, and easy-going. We’re not just working out, we’re creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and ready to reach their fitness goals.

I’ve always loved health and wellness. I was a huge fan of yoga and any movement that didn’t feel like ‘exercise’, which is what led me to Pilates. As soon as I hopped on the reformer, I fell completely in love with the method. I loved how connected I felt to my body after class and how grounded Pilates continues to make me feel.
My favourite part of teaching comes in watching our clients achieve things that didn’t think were previously possible. I love seeing them get stronger with each class! I also love to set a challenging class for clients, empowering them to give things a go in a judgement-free zone and to have fun in class.
